Chocolate Day 5A Maggie Chu

Chocolate Day is on 14^th of March. It’s my birthday too!

The origin of the festival is from Switzerland.

The meaning of the festival is from special. It hopes children will be happy on that day and they thank for their teachers.

Also children bring some chocolate to school and give them to their friends and teachers.

People eat some chocolate pies, chocolate sweets and drink some hot chocolate too! People only wear brown clothes or white T-shirts. We have some stall games about chocolate. Of course, the gift is chocolate too! People decorate with chocolate at home or hotel! I feel excited at this festival because I can eat my favourite food, chocolate!
